Return & Replacement Policies

 

SEMTION provides fulfillment and customer service for your orders. We're downhearted if customers are not 100% satisfied with the received items, to maximized satisfy and ensure a great customer experience to our clients, we may accept returns and replacement under following conditions:

  • If you need a replacement/return, please contact us by support@semtion.com within 30 days upon the receipt of the cargo.
  • If the received item is defective, damaged, opened, lacking required labeling, take photos and contact with us for replacement/return.
  • Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. You will need to take care of the return cost.
  • Returned items must be unused and with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been scratched, damaged, worn, or modified in any way.

Please also take notes of:

  • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  • Please do not send the returned items to the address on the package.
  • Please contact us by support@semtion.com before you return the item.
